Multi‑Sport Athletic Skills Training
We welcome both athletic and non-athletic children, whether they’re serious about sports or just looking to have fun. With a flexible schedule, we support beginners learning for the first time as well as those building their skills. We offer adaptive and neurotypical training in basketball, baseball, football, volleyball, and soccer through step-by-step instruction. Each movement is broken down into simple, manageable parts so every child can learn at their own pace, grow in confidence, and develop real athletic ability in a supportive, positive environment.

Kids Fitness Classes
Our Kids & Teen Fitness Classes offer fun, structured training for athletic and non‑athletic youth. Kids and teens build cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, core stability, balance, coordination, healthy habits, and more through age‑appropriate conditioning, functional movement, strength training, and fitness challenges. Whether neurotypical or neurodivergent, every participant learns at their own pace, gains confidence, and develops in a supportive, motivating environment.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Mixed Classes: Many of our fitness, sports, and performance programs are inclusive, meaning neurotypical and neurodivergent participants train together with the same expectations, structure, and support. These classes are great for kids and teens who thrive in a group setting and enjoy learning alongside peers with different strengths and abilities.
- Specialty Neurodivergent Classes: We also offer dedicated neurodivergent programs that are sensory-aware, highly structured, and adaptive, designed specifically for participants who benefit from smaller groups, predictable routines, and additional coaching support.
