Frequently Asked Questions

Can I sign up for just one week of summer, or do I have to commit to all six weeks?
You can sign up for one week at a time. There is no requirement to register for all six weeks. Families can choose the weeks that work best for their schedule.
Where can I learn more about your program offerings?
Just click the Learn More button on the program. It opens up a detailed page with everything you need: program descriptions, age groups, schedules, pricing, and what makes our summer experience unique.
Are your classes mixed or separated by neurotypical and neurodivergent groups?
  • Mixed Classes: Many of our fitness, sports, and performance programs are inclusive, meaning neurotypical and neurodivergent participants train together with the same expectations, structure, and support. These classes are great for kids and teens who thrive in a group setting and enjoy learning alongside peers with different strengths and abilities.
  • Specialty Neurodivergent Classes: We also offer dedicated neurodivergent programs that are sensory-aware, highly structured, and adaptive, designed specifically for participants who benefit from smaller groups, predictable routines, and additional coaching support.
What if my child has never done sports or fitness training before?
That’s perfectly fine! We work with complete beginners and teach everything from the ground up. Our coaches break down movements into clear, manageable steps so every child can learn at their own pace and feel successful.
Can neurotypical kids join the mixed classes?
Yes. Neurotypical kids and teens are welcome in our mixed classes. These sessions are designed to be inclusive, supportive, and developmentally appropriate for a wide range of abilities.
Are the mixed classes only for “high‑functioning” neurodivergent kids?

Our mixed classes are appropriate for participants who have low to moderate needs:

  • Follow group expectations with support
  • Engage safely with peers
  • Participate in structured activities
  • Benefit from a positive, inclusive environment

If a participant needs more individualized pacing, sensory breaks, or a smaller group, our specialty neurodivergent classes are a better fit.

  • Athletic Performance
  • Multi-Sport Athlete Skills Training
  • Kids Fitness Classes
  • Mobility & Flexibility

We help families choose the best fit based on a quick consultation and a free assessment.
Do you offer flexible scheduling?

Is it okay if my child just wants to have fun?
Absolutely. Kids can train, play games, and enjoy sports with friends in a positive environment.
