Welcome to Coach Kee’s 360 Training (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Coach Kee’s”). By accessing or using our website (https://coachkees360training.com) or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

Coach Kee’s 360 Training provides fitness, wellness, and personal development programs for children, teens, and adults, including but not limited to:

• In-person fitness classes at our Encino and Tarzana locations
• Virtual fitness classes via Zoom
• Personal training sessions
• Leadership development programs
• Nutrition coaching and wellness guidance
• Birthday parties and private camp programs

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals of all ages. For participants under 18 years of age, parental or guardian consent is required before enrollment.

By registering for our programs, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

4. Registration and Account

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account or provide registration information. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment and Fees

Pricing

Prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time.

Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed upon
• We accept payment via Stripe and other approved payment methods
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy
• Virtual group classes are $10 per session or available as a 5-session bundle for $40

Late Payments

Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services. We reserve the right to charge late fees for overdue payments.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Class Cancellations by Participants

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive credit or rescheduling
• No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will forfeit the class session
• Makeup classes may be available based on availability and coach discretion

Cancellations by Coach Kee’s

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to instructor illness, severe weather, or facility unavailability. In such cases, we will provide notice as soon as possible and offer makeup sessions or credits.

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided except in the following circumstances:

• Program cancellation by Coach Kee’s 360 Training
• Medical circumstances preventing participation (with documentation)
• At the sole discretion of Coach Kee’s 360 Training management

7. Health and Safety

Medical Clearance

By participating in our programs, you represent that you (or your child) are in good physical health and capable of engaging in physical activity. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before beginning any fitness program.

Health Disclosures

You agree to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect participation. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in injury or harm.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, fractures, and other injuries. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and assume these risks.

Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach Kee’s 360 Training, its owners, employees, coaches, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in our programs. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Coach Kee’s 360 Training from any claims or liability.

8. Code of Conduct

All participants, parents, and guardians are expected to:

• Treat coaches, staff, and other participants with respect
• Follow all safety rules and instructions
• Refrain from disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior
• Respect facility property and equipment

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates our code of conduct without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Coach Kee’s 360 Training and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our content
