Our Kids Fitness Bootcamp builds cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, core development, and fine motor skills through fun structured training. Teen Fitness Bootcamp

Age Groups: 13-18 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Our Teen Fitness Bootcamp is for all levels, with teens grouped where they feel most comfortable. We focus on strength, cardiovascular endurance, core stability, agility, and functional fitness through sports training and individual training. Sessions blend strength circuits and conditioning drills, building confidence, discipline, and mental resilience in a fun atmosphere.

Age Groups: 13-18 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Our Weightlifting Bootcamp teaches teens safe, effective strength training through proper technique, controlled movement, and full‑body conditioning. We build muscular strength, core stability, mobility, and joint support using age‑appropriate equipment. Teens learn correct form, discipline, and confidence, and are placed in beginner, intermediate, or advanced groups based on an initial assessment.

Our Injury Prevention & Sports Rehab Bootcamp helps young athletes build safer movement patterns, stronger joints, and better body mechanics through corrective exercises, mobility work, and targeted strength training. We improve flexibility, balance, coordination, and posture while reducing injury risk. Kids are grouped by age and supported based on their sport and activity needs.

Our Plyometrics Bootcamp builds the foundation of fitness by teaching kids power, speed, agility, and proper movement mechanics through beginner‑to‑advanced jump training. We know weekends can get busy, which is why our Encino Kids Bootcamp schedule is designed with family flexibility in mind. Want to drop in? No problem! On Saturdays and Sundays, parents can drop their child off at PRVL Bootcamp in Encino anytime between 11:15 AM and 4:00 PM for one of our engaging youth fitness bootcamp classes. Our flexible drop-in structure makes it easier than ever to fit high-quality fitness and athletic training into your family’s weekend routine.
