What ages do your programs serve?
We work with children ages 5–18, grouped by age, so children feel comfortable and supported in their training environment. Our youth classes are divided into ages 6–8, 9–12, and 13+. We also offer personal training and group fitness programs for adults who want to stay active, build strength, and improve their overall health.
What makes Coach Kee’s 360 Training different from other kids’ fitness programs?
Our programs focus on developing the whole child, not just athletic performance. We combine physical fitness training with confidence building, mentorship, leadership development, and healthy lifestyle education. Where are your classes located?
We offer programs in Encino and Tarzana, and also provide in-home training and park-based sessions in surrounding communities, including Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Van Nuys, and nearby areas. This flexible approach allows families to choose the training environment that works best for their child.
Do you work with beginners or kids who are new to exercise?
Yes. Many of the children we work with are beginners who are just starting their fitness journey. We specialize in building the foundation of fitness in children. Our coaches utilize age-appropriate exercises, supportive coaching, and engaging activities that help kids feel successful and motivated.
How do I sign my child up for a class?
Families can sign up by filling out our contact form on our website, sending us a message on social media, or reaching out directly by call or text at (310) 808-5516. Our team will help you find the best program for your child’s age, interests, and goals.
Can my child try a class before enrolling?
Yes. We offer free assessments for all programs so we can learn about your child’s goals and recommend the best training option. For our Kids Fitness Bootcamp classes, families can schedule a free trial class so their child can experience the program before committing.
How large are your class sizes?
We intentionally keep class sizes small so each child receives personal attention, coaching feedback, and encouragement. Smaller groups allow our coaches to ensure proper form, safety, and engagement for every participant. All classes are capped at 10 kids per coach.
What is the minimum session package required to enroll?
To ensure consistency and help each participant get the most out of their training, we require a minimum package of 4 classes to enroll in our programs. Families are welcome to purchase additional sessions beyond the minimum, but the starting package begins with 4 classes at a time.
What should my child bring or wear to class?
Children should wear comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers that allow them to move freely. We also recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated during training sessions. Our coaches will guide children through all exercises and activities.
