Our Adult Training Group Class delivers a high-energy, full-body workout designed to boost strength, endurance, and mobility. Using a mix of functional movements and circuit-style conditioning, this class keeps every session engaging, challenging, and results-driven. With hands-on coaching and a supportive group atmosphere, adults of all fitness levels can train safely and confidently.

Walk Club for Women 50+

A guided walking program designed to help women stay active, strong, and connected through consistent low-impact movement. Led by Coach Kee and Coach Nikki, each walk blends movement, conversation, and coaching, creating a supportive space where women can improve mobility, boost energy, and feel empowered. Walking strengthens the quads, hips, and core; improves balance and stability; supports joint health; boosts mood and mental clarity; reduces stress; supports menopause; and encourages healthy digestion.

Do you work with beginners or adults new to exercise?
Yes. Many of the adults we work with are beginners who are just starting their fitness journey. Our coaches utilize age-appropriate exercises, supportive coaching, and engaging activities that help adults feel successful and motivated regardless of fitness level.
How large are your adult class sizes?
We intentionally keep class sizes small so each participant receives personal attention, coaching feedback, and encouragement. Adult fitness classes are capped at 6 participants per coach, while the Walk Club is limited to 10 women for a personalized, supportive experience.
What should I bring or wear to class?
You should wear comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers that allow you to move freely. We also recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated during training sessions. Our coaches will guide you through all exercises and activities.
