Frequently Asked Questions

How often should my child do personal training sessions?
We typically recommend 2-3 sessions per week for optimal results, but we can customize a schedule based on your child’s goals, availability, and budget. Some families prefer once a week, while others train 4-5 times weekly.
What’s the difference between gym, in-home, and in-park sessions?
Gym sessions (Tarzana only) provide access to equipment and a structured environment. In-home sessions offer convenience and privacy in your own space. In-park sessions bring energy and fresh air to training. All three provide the same high-quality coaching tailored to your child’s needs.
Is personal training suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Personal training is perfect for beginners because we can start exactly where your child is and progress at their pace. We meet each child where they are and build from there with patience and encouragement.
Can siblings train together in a personal training session?
Yes! We offer small-group personal training for siblings or friends. This can be a great option for families and often makes training more fun and affordable while still providing individualized attention.
What should my child bring to an in-home or in-park session?
Just water, comfortable workout clothes, and athletic shoes! Our coaches bring all necessary equipment. For in-park sessions, we recommend sunscreen and a hat during sunny days.
