Our kids bootcamp classes go beyond traditional fitness—we take a holistic approach that strengthens not just the body, but also builds emotional resilience, self-esteem, and social confidence in every young child who walks through our doors.

Weightlifting Bootcamp

Age Groups: 13-18 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
The perfect introduction to strength training for teens who want to lift safely and effectively. We focus on proper technique over heavy weight—teaching body awareness, controlled movement, and injury prevention from day one. Through progressive instruction and age-appropriate equipment, teens build real strength and confidence under the guidance of certified coaches who understand youth development. Injury Prevention & Sports Rehab

Keep your young athlete healthy and performing at their peak. This specialized class helps kids recover from minor setbacks and, more importantly, prevent injuries before they happen. Through corrective exercises, mobility work, and targeted strengthening, athletes address the common weaknesses that lead to injuries in youth sports. Our coaches understand the unique demands of different sports and create individualized approaches for soccer players, basketball players, runners, and every athlete in between.

We know weekends can get busy, which is why our Encino Kids Bootcamp schedule is designed with family flexibility in mind. Want to drop in? No problem! On Saturdays and Sundays, parents can drop their child off at PRVL Bootcamp in Encino anytime between 11:15 AM and 4:00 PM for one of our engaging youth fitness bootcamp classes. Our flexible drop-in structure makes it easier than ever to fit high-quality fitness and athletic training into your family’s weekend routine.
