Coach Kee is a true powerhouse of inspiration and motivation. With over 18 years of unwavering dedication to coaching and training children from the inside out, she has made it her life's mission to help children, parents, and guardians, regardless of their circumstances, grow stronger, healthier, and more confident.
Throughout her career, Coach Kee has worked with hundreds of children, teaching self-esteem, empowerment, and positive character development through fitness, mindset, and nutrition. She has not just established but solidified herself as an expert in children’s fitness and health, blending movement, mentorship, and motivation into everything she does.
As a Certified Children’s Fitness Specialist, Expert Trainer, Licensed Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Mentor, Women’s Exercise Specialist, Positive Mindset Trainer, ADHD Genius, Blogger, and proud mother of two grown children, Coach Kee's passion, resilience, and heart shine through in everything she does.
Her diverse skill set enables her to create engaging and impactful programs for children and families seeking guidance in fitness, nutrition, emotional growth, and self-confidence. For instance, she has developed a unique approach for children with ADHD, which has shown significant improvements in their focus and behavior. With boundless energy and a deep commitment to every child she works with, Coach Kee inspires transformation, one heart, one mind, and one child at a time.

Coach Asher and Coach Nikki lead our Mentality Coaching Program with passion, empathy, and years of experience helping young athletes strengthen their minds. Both hold a B.A. in Psychology and bring extensive backgrounds in mentality training, emotional regulation, and performance coaching. Together, they create a safe and encouraging space where every child feels heard, supported, and capable of becoming their best self, both on and off the field.

Coach Alex brings a unique blend of collegiate athletic experience and professional training expertise to his athletic performance class. A Tennessee Tech graduate and former Division I football scholarship athlete, Alex played four years in the Arena Football League, drawing from training at elite sports performance centers across the country. Now a dedicated coach and personal trainer in Los Angeles, he combines academic knowledge and real-world athletic insights to help clients of all levels improve strength, technique, and mental focus. His coaching style is motivating, fun, and challenging, designed to build lasting fitness habits through personalized support and proven athletic principles.

B.S. Exercise Science
Every program focuses on emotional growth, self-confidence, and social development in a positive and motivating environment.
Kids learn techniques to manage struggles, anxiety, and overthinking, helping them find calm, focus, and inner strength.
