Our beginner kids classes support physical development with age-appropriate training in cardiovascular endurance, core strengthening, muscular endurance and strength, coordination, mobility, and flexibility. These classes help build self-confidence, self-esteem, improve movement, and foster lifelong healthy habits.
Our intermediate and advanced kids classes teach proper weightlifting form and advanced exercises in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. These programs challenge kids to build strength, endurance, coordination, self confidence and self esteem through healthy, engaging workouts led by experienced coaches.
