Our Kids Weekend Fitness Program is designed to address the individual needs of each participant within a larger group setting. Focusing on physical fitness, social development, and emotional strength, this program offers a cost-effective option for families.
Program Overview:
- 1 Session Per Week
- Develop skills such as: Cardiovascular Endurance, Core Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility, Balance, Coordination, Social Development
- Fun and Engaging Games and Drills
- Receive valuable tips and guidance to enhance your fitness journey together
Skill Development:
- Cardio: Improve cardiovascular endurance and overall stamina
- Core Strength: Build core muscles for better posture and core stability
- Flexibility: Increase flexibility to prevent injuries and improve movement
