Kids thrive on personal attention, and some need it more than others. We offer in-home and in-gym sessions with customized workout plans tailored to your child's goals, fitness level, and physical abilities.

Program Overview:

  • 1-4 Sessions Per Week (based on client’s preference)
  • 1-Hour Sessions
  • Customize workout plans that include Functional Fitness, Strength Training,
    Flexibility, Balance, Coordination and more
  • Fun and Engaging Workouts
  • Private Gym
