Kids thrive on personal attention, and some need it more than others. We offer in-home and in-gym sessions with customized workout plans tailored to your child's goals, fitness level, and physical abilities.
Program Overview:
- 1-4 Sessions Per Week (based on client’s preference)
- 1-Hour Sessions

Flexibility, Balance, Coordination and more - Fun and Engaging Workouts
- Private Gym
