Enhance your athletic performance with our Off-Ice Training Program, designed to boost strength, agility, flexibility, and endurance. Our specialized exercises and expert coaching focus on preventing injuries and supporting your on-ice success.

Program Overview:

  • 1-2 Sessions Per Week
  • 1-Hour Sessions
  • Constantly updated drills and exercises for optimal performance
  • Develop skills such as: Core Strength, Leg Strength, Jumping, Flexibility, Agility
    Balance, Coordination
  • Athletic Workouts

Skill Development:

  • Core Strength: Enhance core muscles for better rotational explosiveness, posture and stability
  • Leg Strength: Build powerful leg muscles for improved skating performance
  • Jumping: Improve explosive power and one leg jumping techniques
  • Flexibility: Increase flexibility and hip mobility to prevent injuries
  • Balance: Develop better balance and body control
  • Coordination: Strengthen right and left movements
