Our Kids' Fitness Classes are designed to address the individual needs of each participant. We focus on physical fitness, social development, and emotional strength within a team environment.

Program Overview:

  • 1-4 Sessions Per Week 1 Hour Sessions
  • Develop skills such as: Cardiovascular Endurance, Core Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility, Balance, Coordination, Social Development
  • Fun and Engaging Games and Drills
  • Receive valuable tips and guidance to enhance your fitness journey together.

Skill Development:

  • Cardio: Improve cardiovascular endurance and overall stamina
  • Core Strength: Build core muscles for better posture and core stability
  • Flexibility: Increase flexibility to prevent injuries and improve movement
  • Balance: Develop better balance and body control
